- How much does it cost to work with Human Resource Consultants?
- We offer two membership levels at $15 and $20 price points with different perks designed to meet your specific needs.
- What does it look like to work with a career consultant?
- The first call with your consultant will be an opportunity for you to tell your complete story. This is something the computer algorithms do not allow. You get to walk your consultant through your complete educational and professional careers and fill in any holes. They want to hear your story. This helps them design a plan to best help you succeed at achieving your career
goals. Your career consultant is available five days a week. He or she can also coach you on how to handle various situations regarding promotions, grievances, and more. We also offer instructional videos exclusively for Gold Talent Pool members. Consultants will create / maintain your resume. You will be provided with your consultant’s phone number and email address for communication purposes. Consultants will check in on members at agreed upon intervals.

- What is the focus of the workshops?
- Workshops are designed by your career consultant to help you stand out. This is also a place where we cover all the basics. We go over everything from how to tie a tie, style tips, interview tips, setting up your social media accounts for success, and offer reading suggestions to ensure you are up to date in your targeted field of employment. Members will do mock virtual
interviews, create 30 second video recruitment pitches, video resumes and much more. Video resumes can be shared with our hiring partners if members elect. We also address physical health and wellness.

- What is covered in the webinars?
- Webinars are generally hosted by industry leaders in human resources. This gives members the opportunity to learn and engage with industry professionals.
- When will I be contacted and by who?
- Candidates will be contacted directly by the hiring companies. The time varies based on many factors. Positions sought, availability, flexibility, desired location, etc. Your consultant will keep you advised; however, the hiring decisions are always made by the companies directly.
- Will there be an interview?
- In most cases, there will be an interview. The good news is that by working with your consultant, they can help you prepare for it. Your consultant will have a full understanding of what will be taken into consideration with regards to company vacancies. You will be given the tools you need to succeed well before the interview.
- Is HRC an employment agency?
- No. We are not an employment agency.
- Do I have to pay a separate fee for the remote courses?
- No. The courses are part of your subscription. Silver gets 1 course per month; Gold gets unlimited access.

- Start by filling out our form. Just provide us with your company name and email address and we’ll send you a link to our database. From there, you’ll have direct contact and unlimited access to Talent Pool data free of charge. (Please note that we may use your company name in advertising in exchange for our free services.)
- Do you offer any support services?
- We offer employers 24-hour support 7 days a week.
- Do you allow recruiters to have access to the Talent Pool?
- Yes, we allow recruitment companies / agents access to the Talent Pool
